What a weekend! Fiona took her FIRST plane ride - for a whole 50 minutes - to Chicago. We saw lots of friends and family and had a good time everywhere we went. And we went a lot of places! Here's Fiona flying high somewhere above Wisconsin, running around at the Strawberry Festival in Long Grove, and being silly at Midway waiting to fly home. It was good to see everybody - we can't wait for our next trip in to see you!!!

Raise your hand if you're wondering how vast Fiona's vocabulary has grown.
Not all at once.
Here's the (short) list.
Nonnie (Wendy's Mom's name - not Grandma)
who's that guy?
She doesn't say "Casey," but she does impersonate him by panting like a dog. Quite talented. Speaking of, she's begun using utensils with great - if sometimes messy - success.

It was 85 today in lovely Carver, MN, so we busted out the new inflatable pool. We bought this at Target a few weeks ago, and didn't realize how massive it was at the time - it is huge. It took forever to fill with water, but we all enjoyed taking a dip in the hot sun. Fiona had a good time until she lost her balance and dunked her head underwater. Here she is in the pool, including waving to an airplane that was flying overhead.

Every Tuesday Fiona goes to JW Tumbles in Edina. This is a children's gym where there's all sorts of activities for kids - swings, trampolines, tunnels, etc. My guess is this place makes a killing - and we're contributing to their financial success. But how can we not?! Fiona gets a kick out of all the activities, and seeing new friends. Here she is playing with a couple of them this past week.
